Drought Resistance: Moderate

Cold Hardiness:  Fair; sensitive to ice damage

Growth Rate: 3+ft Per Year

Lifespan: 25-75 Years

Wildlife Value: Provides habitat for birds and small mammals.

Misc.: Produces latex that is mildly toxic to humans.  May cause skin irritation if touched, upset stomach if ingested.
